@tiktaktoe777, just amazing work here if I don’t say so myself. Love how are Neopets got turned to stickers on a cutout card page so to say.

Anyway, time for the review:

Love your circle highlights on Meowclops and Lil’ Frankie respectively, adding the right amount of contrast, at the appropriate place needed there to be. Excellent work balancing body, head, feet outlines and noice shading under there heads for realism. Noice use of the burn tool on Meowclops/Lil’ Frankie’s stage left/right sides - informing viewers where the light is coming from. And, noice use of the dodge tool too for the lighting adding 3D Realism to the pieces. That’s how we artists do it boi. WHOO HOOOOOOO!

The line that goes across Lil’ Frankie’s head perfectly reflects the 3D aspect of it’s width and length and depth of the head itself. Along with that, the claws have these white triangle shapes on them over the claw itself that was mostly potentially made with the pen/shape tool or not…. either way, it cleverly makes them have dimension without really giving it dimension…Noice. Man, noice. You truly know how to inject subtle happiness into these characters ‘cause their smiles are sweet, simple, subtle, and adorable. The right amount of detail is there. As it is good to balance the right amount of detail, with the right amount of proportions & features of said character(s). In all, lovely work lightworker. Lovely work.

You should appreciate your work yourself as well, it’s always important to be encouraging ourselves for how far we’ve come and how much we accomplished. to be the people we chose - still choose - to be. These are wonderful simply put, and you deserve to bask in their cuteness, so I’ll let you. @tiktaktoe777, never forget how far you’ve come and celebrate the little in the grand plan, my fellow. And, with all that said, pack some bread, stay ahead, and keep the light flowing, Halloween Hero. Keep the light flowing.

Thanks for taking the time to write such a nicely thought out review, it was flattering to read. This was done in Flash, so the burn/dodge effect was done with the software's gradient coloring effect, then as you guessed, I went in and did the highlights and shadows manually with the brush tool. It was an experiment on how to give stuff some more depth with Flash's more limited tool set, and I actually learned quiet a bit.

@dupreedraws, FINALLY, I GET TO TELL YOU!!!! THAT!!!! You are awesome and a being of light to all of us and even beyond. You have absolutely NOOOOOO idea how long I wanted to make this review for ya. So, without further ado: The Review.

First off, the differentiated use of line thick/thinness is appropriately balanced and enough to properly identify each of the body parts on sweet lil’ Nadia. From arms to legs to her head, the shading and white highlight strokes bring about the depth and dimension of the girl and help emphasize all parts of the drawing itself. Noice shading line and blotch on her cloth(?) to identify the lines and add more depth succinctly. The hair looks well made with the clean points and curves added to it. Plus, the dodge effect highlighting the “hairclip(?)” earrings, and the Blue Water add more flare to see the detail of said objects - whether big or small. And also it adds dimension so there’s that too.

Love the textured brush clouds in the sky, and the glow/dodge effect of the sun adds to the blare of the sun itself vivaciously. The water lines/strokes are diverse and vary in the use of the dodge glow up, the distinctive little islands in the background are awesomely clear despite with using the blur effect, which is good artistry if I ever seen it. And the logo, THAT LOGO, my man. The lighting/shading/gold, illustrious bold font is eye catching and aspiring to say the least. Plus, good job putting your name in a small, but noticeable size, place, and font that doesn’t detract from viewers' appreciation of Nadia.

And, one more thing, @dupreedraws, bless you for all you do for us, and bless you for being born in this world and blessed be YOU for being YOU! You are a gift to humanity and all of us here in the collecive of lightworkers. May you never forget your worth and as all shall tell you: Keep the light flowing, Atalantien of light.

dupreedraws responds:

Thank you, Mysterious One!

You're right, I don't have a clue how long you've waited, but I'm glad you've finally gotten to leave your review. Took a look at your channel, and you write some pretty good ones. Keep it up! Everyone needs it. You also seem to participate in alot of collabs, which is good too. You have quite an attention to detail... Keep practicing your art!

Heya, Languipng, just gotta say that your HOPPING On the HOP Train with this one! I admire the skill it takes to animate the froggy head up and down along with moving the “X” eyes and the smiley, toothy grin with well pixelated, placed gums might I add. Love the purple/white pixel highlights on the teeth, eyes, gums; and noice speckled design on the stage right side of the froggi boi here. Adds that bit of shading that it needs to be distinct from the other side to make it more 3Dish - along with the shading around the froggy’s cheek and ear on the stage left side. Finaly, love the work it ought to have taken to get the background to move from behind and change colors of pink/purple/dark/light purple you get it the works right? You something else, Languipng, youse a LIGHTWORKER Froggie BOI!!!! You are a being of light, and blessed by those evolving with you on Newgrounds. May you be given love, abundance, and hope on your travels and kept onward to your path to love. Let the light shine of yours and keep the light flowing, bright froggi woggi boi. Anyway, as a profile pic, it noice. But, on Newgrounds, gifs can’t be made into profiles silly, only the still images can… At least… Not yet…. Key be guiding your heart now, bye buh.

Languipng responds:

thank you pookie

Heya, Piconjo, just gotta say: thanks for sharing the luvs with everyone of your fanbase. I bet it means a lot to them then you think. Anyway, to the review, love the white highlight marks on the face and shoulders of the stoic warrior and the glowing red eyes brush/overlay effect works wonders for the dude too. Love the white glow effect behind him over the black scratchy alternate universe screen behind him. Adds the feeling of dude being the light in the darkness kind of deal, like Shadow the Hedgehog, despite them being TWO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CHARACTERS. And finally, the blood layer adds the right amount of detail to the carnage the character can bring. Noice. I say my man, you are a natural.

Anyway, I’m trying to send you a gift like your fans do? How do I do that, my guy.

And, on that note I LUVS J00 t00 and: K33p teh l1ght 4l0wing, my guy. Take care, marvelous man.

Piconjo responds:

j00r c0mment is teh b3st gift <3

@ndasfw This is a wholesome take on the titular Bulma Briefs if I ever seen it. Distinguishing her Dragon Ball counterpart, I can see you utilized pink to the max. In the shirt, bow, logo, bike, heck in the driveway/directional lines too. Noice job with the proportions of her and the bike - both look appropriately shaped and positioned according to the piece itself. Love the reflection on the bike’s overhead, with the highlighting emphasizes the cloud and blue sky and feels more real in a sense. The brush strokes of yellow, purple, blue/gray, and of course pink highlight and add dimension to the piece swimmingly smooth. Excellent shading on the bottom and the tires and noice work with the position of the bikes slanted direction - gives the realistic non existent road vibe. Also nice use of pink in the logo - creative choice to color B to A - with closed spaces regardless, it feels like it’s going back to its roots - from point B to A.

All in all, let’s admit this was beautiful in its own right and that you did a awesome job. But, my friend: Never forget your more than an artist as Bulma is more than a pretty face. You are made of love and are love as well as how you made Bulma here. She and You are both blessed in how you represent yourself to the world. And just by being you @ndasfw, miracles happen. After all, your a miracle, not just an artist. As for Bulma, not just a pretty face.

So never forget who you are lightworker, and as always: Keep the light flowing, Sensei Sister.

ndasfw responds:

Very very thoughtful comment, thank you, I really appreciate you!

@Tristan777N I must be honest. Beautiful, for starters, textured gradient of appearing wavy - free and blowing like the wind. A Knight of the Wind if I say so myself. Second, the Sonic image is well placed along with your artwork and adds a literal “side” to Sonic’s character here. He is funky and loves to groove, like he did in Green Grove, except without the extra “o”. Your logo, is positioned, juxtaposed, and sized enough that it isn’t taking attention away from your artist rendition of SONIC on the left. And yet, it also perfect to view which watermelon and strawberry combo is interesting… very interesting indeed. ;-} Now, for the artwork itself. Sonic is 1.) highlighted/shaded accordingly, 2). Dynamic pose stands out and shows his “Ready to Go” mindset in a sweet subtle manner; 3). color scheme is slick and his facial expression is slick and cool and a profound focal point of the piece. And, overall, well done that it’s Sonic. What more can you want. I am confused about the triangle on his head though, is that supposed to add dimension to his “eyebrow” if so, noice work. Also, lining is good too, noice YOU! :-} }

ANYWAY, just want to say that: You work has not gone to waste. In fact, it has and will dazzle others much like myself to the point of creating. Which, you want to share your gifts with the world, and the world would want to share it’s gifts with you. Of love and peace. And, you, are not worth the hassle of sleep deprivation or unhealthy practices - YOU DESERVE HEALTH, LOVE, AND SLEEP, so please take care of yourself, ok?

Anyway (x232) hope you feel loved, and appreciated for your work. @Tristan777N Keep the light flowing, Sonic Shining Warrior. Keep the light flowing. And blessings to you all the way. Yeah.:-}

Tristan777N responds:

Omg tysm!!!!! =^_^= yes the triangle on the eyebrow is just a stylization choice, I developed it from phantomarcade

leroyalmess, kudos to you and your perfect recreation of the Sonic and Knuckles logo — well, without Sonic and Knuckles. First off, the yellow glow effect has a unique backdrop along witht the grid Sega Genesis layout and assuming that you used the dodge tool to brighten it. Noice. Sally and Bunnie D’ Coolette’s logos are well highlighted, colored, and contrasted with orange background behind Sally’s silhouette. The simple hairs or fur sharps really add enough detail for distinguishing anamorphic animal characters.

The most interesting thing to me is the highlight, coloring, and brush effect you used on the eyes, they reflect in a way that feels like the early 90’s again. And the same style as the aforementioned Sonic and Knuckles logo. I am confused as to why you used orange instead of brown for Sally as orange - at least in SATAM - could associate with Tails more so than Sal. Regardless, it looks all encompassing and noice and Bunnie’s ears are smoothed, highlighted, and positioned appropriately within the piece.

But, also: you did an amazing job. I mean that exponentially. In reviews such as these, I try to reflect on pieces of art and also give the artist some love. Because, through how long you’ve made it, how far you have gone, you are an angel, harking a song. Through your creative genius and heart of a man. You are a gift to humanity, as was the plan.

Never forget, leroyalmess, the people that love you; and, don’t forget that you made it this far. And have blessed so much. You, after all, give it your special touch.

And that includes the art you made - for others and for you. My fellow, you’ve done a lot, and seen it through. Hope this encourages the one I’m talking about to know and see their worth: You, and your worth is more than your career will ever be. Take care and keep the light flowing, wall art enthusiast.

leroyalmess responds:

god damn thank you mysteriousOne3

Love is a powerful thing, it can fill you up and make your heart go zing. It’s more than just a bodily thing. It’s worth more than an expensive ring. And this animation shows why. The complimentary feedback, first: 1. Great job matching the lighting on the big guys shirt; 2). Good use of expressions and in-between frames to make the flow concise enough. 3). Good use of brown to balance the dynamic and static colors making the characters and setting stand out. And 4). Good use of light with white blodges, and use of lines/movement/everything.

However, the funny thing is, the animation makes it seem like he’s ready for some lovin’ but it really emphasizes that with the alien. Which is interesting…

HOWEVER, however, I’d like to say that the animation shows pure companionship and how relationships can help you grow and feel good about yourself and them. But, neverthesless, in conclusion, yatta yatta yattae… Love is not only of the body, it’s a mix for romantic partners for sure. But, love means so much more. And like no before, these two open the door. And embrace the spirit of love within them and the light. i.e. Love is…. Noice. Keep the light flowing lightworkers. Keep the light flowing. Yessiree Bob!

KittyhawkMontrose responds:

Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review! It really has made my day to read this. I'm so happy you think this is a good animation, and yes! I want love to be expressed in all forms! Love is all you need! 💖

Where to begin. Pixel masterpiece? Pixel art of God? I know, noice. Noice, the work you put into this piece. The flowing animations of the hair, sleeves, and the eyelashes - THE EYELASHES - which I can’t tell a lie: I found hilarious.

The bubbly yet ominous glow/animation from the blue flame and the subtle change in the light position - like a light in the dark. The color scheme sets the tone and defines the character perfectly. Very neatly pixeled , my man.

More important than that however. Is. This: …. You. You and your gift and your being are what purposes that your being was brought here for. To be you, so true. And bless all those you love with love. And just being you is what the world needs. Also, what we here have on this planet may seem so little, it truly is a blessing what we have and what we can give. Hope this gives you the truth of what you are: a being of light. So, keep the light flowing, super saiyan light warrior. And/or super powered lightworker take your pick. 'Kay thanks bye.

VulpsVulps responds:

Thanks a lot fren, means a lot to hear that.
You should try to reduce the dose tho.

CheetoDeeto, of the twenty-fifth and a half century!!! This is God’s work.

First of all, the subtle movements of the lily flowers, light beam particles, and the clouds of mist along with the lake really emphasize realism in the scenery as well as a whole. You’re use of contrast lights and darks in the environment work well to add subtle natural description of the Garden of Eden essentially. Heh, heh… In all seriousness, the shading adds to the 3D aspect of the environment.

Second, the magentas, blues, greens, purples, and yellows - especially yellows - are utilized appropriately and in correlation with the other main features such as the giant tree beaming with Holy Light. The inner designs of the tree are simple yet show enough detail for the mystic sanctuary vibe - each shown with irregular oval like blobs and the three-dimensional seats in the tree. The rocks are bent irregularly and seemingly aim away from the little rock formation in the middle like it’s the rock messiah or an magnetic influence in the environment. Also, PERFECTION OF SYMMETRY DEFINITE BONUS! Noice…ye. Also, noice, job hiding your initials in the water and have them in the ripples - puts a subtle emphasis on your brand and what you represent in making art.

Finally, Beatrice, the flapping animation is simple yet effectively conveys motion with blur or a good amount of frames - not choppy so to speak. And the dialogue bar with Beatrice’s pondering animation was well-timed, well colored/shaded/animated and above all just well-done.

I feel the need to say, you are enough. Despite what you’ve gone through. You are enough. Seeing your effort and work fills me with glee, as you brought life of light into this little bumblebee. You matter. Everything you have done - matters - and it will all come back to you. In love and all things of love and in love as well. You are a being of light, CheetoDeeto. Never forget that. And if you do, it’ll be okay. Love will still fly your way. Love be with you always light-worker. SO: Keep the light flowing, guardian garden angel.

CheetoDeeto responds:

I am fightin' martian tyrany!
I am very Flattered to see a reply as such as this one! being honest, i didn't put too much thought into the colors. i just thought they looked pretty
the clouds of mists isn't really meant to be mist but rather shadows of leaves! the bright parts are just parts without the leaves. i used a earthbound bg program to make said effect
the scenario itself was just me playing with ideas! the light the tree emits was just something i feel would wrap the art in a nice little bow. the lilipads were added so i didn't feel the water was empty and my main goal was to make the area feel as lively as possible by trying to avoid empty areas! and yeah i wanted to hide my initials on the water bc i thought it looked neat
and well, beatrice's flying animation was one of the tougher aspects of the whole art. mostly bc i used different layers for it and then put them all together once it was finished.
The dialogue was something i added so i didn't feel iwas under delivering with just a bee flying over and i think it made the animation feel more like a game! (fun fact: Beatrice is speaking to herself. in reality no one without bug antennas understands her!)
the last paragraph was what made me smile. Thank you. i really appreciate this and it speaks volumes that people like you would be appreciating details that i saw as minor.
thank you for liking my art :)

PS: this art nor the lore it comes from has no correlation with Garden of eden or anything holy lol

Just making projects that can benefit the whole. Well, the best I can.
